Gosh, I can't wait for the next book to come out either! Too bad it's a long while away... And I never knew about the epilogue... seems cool though! Hey, the most recent movie came out a few months ago. It's Harry Potter and the Goblet Of Fire, if you like the movies of Harry Potter. And if you live in a different zone and didn't get the movie yet, I'll gladly tell a few -NON SPOILER things about the movie. And buckskinwings, I'm sure you'll know what I mean in the next sentence. I'll sure have a fiesta when the next book comes out. *hint. hint* look for a word in there... I'm sure you'll figure it out... *smile to both* i know, I might be getting annoying. But I can't help it! sorry I just got the Goblet Of Fire movie and I liked it so much it made me hyper! *pant pant* talking (oops, I mean writing...) too fast...

I really like the Phantom Stallion series, a series of a young girl named Samantha (they call her Sam in the book) who got slightly injured riding a brave Mustang stallion who was then named Blackie, and he escaped. Sam finds out that the black colt had grown to be of purest silver, and the locals called him Phantom. But Sam knew this Phantom was her black colt grown wild. She wishes and hopes and rescues Phantom in many of the books, while she never really approached him as her father restricted it. She lets Phantom have his freedom and herd, as every Mustang deserves it. (well, maybe not every one). That's pretty much it, but in some of the books Sam saves Phantom's colts or fillies or mares. I wonder if anybody else knows of the series. I'm soon posting about the Animal Ark series, so keep an eye out for them too.

A bueatiful black mare with shining, rare emerald eyes proudly, firmly came in. With hooves of the most dark pink, and the most defined face, she was truly an Arabian in every way. But bold and very soft too, she was forever golden hearted. She danced over to the stream and drank deep sips of the cool aqua. She dipped her head in the deep water, to wash off her ebony arabian face. Soon she stood looking about, waiting for a horse of Light path to appear on the horizon.

(I'm planning when I get a job, I'm going to be an author and illistrator, most likely. And horses and wolves are my favorite topics! So here's a chapter of one of my stories I did on my writing computer program. Hope ya all like it! Comments are welcome in the form of replies, if you want to. I need a lot of practice to become an author!) Sandy And The Secret Stallion Afternoon light lit the beginning of a tiny foal's life. The foal was weak, but he climbed to his feet in minutes. He heard his mother's soft breathing and toppled into the straw in surprise. With a soft snort, he regained his wobbly grey feet. He stumbled his first few steps toward his mother. His mother lowered her nose to touch his nose, and the breathed in each other's scent, bonding for life. The mare licked the foal's nose, then the tiny foal bounced back. With a determined neigh, he nipped his mother's nose. But the gentle mannered mare stepped back only a step. The mare neighed softly at the foal and they touched noses again, and it was then that the buckskin mare named the fragile foal. Sinbad was his name, for his first small sin was early. He had nipped his mother, though it wasn't really a sin, in God's mind it was. A human set her jaw on the bars of the door, looking in. Her blue green eyes were intelligent and questioning. The girl whispered to the colt, "Sinbad. Just the perfect name for you, monster." The mare shared an almost knowing glance with the girl. Little did they know this mischevious foal would grow up to be a wild thing. After his first two months, he was growing strong and steady, and he was almost as tall as the girl, Sandy. He was a great horse. --I'll edit it later for more!--

Yes, and Erin doesn't usually kill off main, main characters without hugely major build up. The whole "it was their time" dealio.
Whoop! Go Ravenpaw! He so should have joined Thunderclan and traveled with the cats. If not that, Firestar should have at least given him a warrior name before leaving. The whole "closure" trip.
I have a feeling graystripe will come back, but I doubt he will die. That would be a little lacking in the shock factor since we have already "lost" him one.

They BETTER not kill Crowfeather or there will be an UPROAR!!! And I really doubt the death of either Brambleclaw or Squirrelflight will die... to many annoyed fans.
